We happened to walk by this trailer twice in one day, and the second time, couldn't resist getting a snack here even though we had dinner in our near future. The smells were WAYYYY too good!
I highly recommend the Terminator. I mean, with a name like that, how can you NOT order it - it's a Frito Pie on steroids - fritos, beans, cheese sauce, BBQ sauce, chopped brisket, and sliced sausage. We split a small, and it was a filling snack for 5 bucks (the large, at 9, looked like a meal for two). It sounds like the actual BBQ plates are expensive, but there were lots of cheaper options.
Service was good, food came out quickly, and it was a super nice day to sit outside and enjoy some comfort food. -

If you like your food cold and in small over priced portions handed to you by a person who looks glazed over, then this is your place. The lady over charged me since she she didn't know what I said after I repeated it four times. The brisket was dry and cold. It was also 4 thin strips with a little scoop of bland potato salad and cole slaw for $12.

The price point is high for the quality, but the food-trucks-by-the-river experience is nice when the weather is nice and it's not too windy.

We were hoping to find a gem here in waco, but it's a bit over priced and it's not that great. Had a lot better bbq. Probably not going again.

Meat was very good. Guys were nice. It was a bit pricy ($16) for a lunch plate and a bottle of water but its good bbq so what the heck. The only issue I had was I asked about the sides and he stated they had really good cheesy potatoes today. So I went with it. They were basically quartered boiled potatoes with what looked like sliced american cheese not even melted across the top. Not the type of cheesy potatoes I envisioned and were very plain.
